Diverse, Dedicated, and Qualified Professionals
At Seamon, we understand a project is only as good as the people working on it. We recruit and retain qualified, experienced individuals in technology, communications, outreach, program development, and logistics. We understand that regardless of the resources, processes, and procedures available, a project mission is dependent on the people involved. As a woman-owned, minority business enterprise, we realize cultural competence is crucial for reaching diverse, underserved, and hard-to-reach populations. Because our staff members come from diverse backgrounds, we are able to provide professionals who share language, culture, and other characteristics to support a wide range of audiences.
Seamon employs more than 140 staff holding various degrees and certifications, including certified meeting professional (CMP), master of social work (M.S.W.), master of business administration (M.B.A.), project management professional (PMP), senior professional in human resources (SPHR), and certified public accountant (CPA). Seamon resources include fully staffed departments in the areas of information technology, outreach and communications, conference logistics, production services, and Web and graphics design.
