Disseminating Information on Best Practices in Cancer Research
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) program needed to build engagement and excitement for its training workshop to educate registry professionals on new information and tools for cancer research. Understanding that the event was to be held in Orlando, the Seamon communications and information technology teams developed and deployed a Toy Story-themed web solution that was exciting and buzz-worthy, well as intuitive and functional. Seamon’s branding and marketing support services helped draw over 200 SEER cancer registry staff, trainers, and other hospital-based professionals. Seamon also provided full-scale meeting and logistics support, including registration management, travel arrangements, site selection and coordination, and development and production services for all meeting materials. |
